About us

Johan Christiaan Lamprecht started his legal career in 1988 when he joined the then Department of Justice as a Clerk after obtaining a bursary from the Department of Justice. After only one year he was appointed as a prosecutor and in 1994 he became one of the youngest Magistrates at that time.
He obtained the B-Iuris LLB degrees and started his articles with De Klerk Vermaak and Partners in 1996. After completing his articles he stayed on as Professional Assistant untill 2007 when he decided to open his own firm. The main objective was to fill the gap in the Litigation market there was in the Vaal Triangle. He succesfully obtained that goal and is regarded as one of the best Litigators by peers and opponents alike.
With extensive experience across various legal fields in the legal and commercial industries, strategic knowledge, a solid educational and training foundation and an exemplary career, he possesses the required skills and knowledge to be of valuable service to his clients.
We are proud to be on the panels of various Corporate role players in the Litigation field like Legal Wise , The Legal Aid Board and Scorpion just to mention a few.
